New Construction

 

Santa Clarita has been driven by new construction since the late 1980’s, doubling the size of our housing stock since that time.  Because of the close work relationships we have with all the Builders, especially Lennar (the Developer of the Master Plan of Valencia) we help a lot of families buy new.

It doesn’t cost you any more to be represented and it can often save you money when your agent knows what Builders will and won’t do.  It is imperative that you view any new construction with Me the 1st time so that you can be registered properly with the Builder as having representation.

Vista Canyon Ranch by JSB DevelopmentFuture Project

Vista Canyon is envisioned to be a new transit-oriented, master-planned community in Santa Clarita, California. It will be located East of the 14 freeway and just south of Sand Canyon Road.
