DISCOVER SAND CANYON REAL ESTATE

Sand Canyon is a part of Canyon Country that is arguably the best place to go when people want to be in Santa Clarita but “away from it all.” Sand Canyon is right off the 14 freeway with its Southern boundary being the Angeles Mountains. I help lots of people move to Sand Canyon that have horses or simply want a half acre, acre, or even five to ten acres to live on. I also help people move to Sand Canyon who simply want to have a large home at a very reasonable price compared to Valencia.

You can get some of the best value for money in Sand Canyon. Going back to 1991, buyers have been able to get 3,000-4,000 square foot homes on half an acre that just doesn’t exist for the most part in Valencia.

But you can do it all day long in Sand Canyon and that’s what draws people there. The main exit is Sand Canyon, but you can also get there by taking Placerita Canyon and going by the Nature Center. Even though there are two ways to approach Sand Canyon, it is still its own distinct canyon about 6 miles long with a very nice selection of mostly larger homes. There are some smaller ranches but no condos or town homes; it’s really for people who are looking for larger homes on acreage. Most of it is custom but there are several tracts – Crystal Springs, Robinson Ranch and The Woodlands that go back to the early 1960’s.
