Brian Kaplan is the in-house Photographer and Videographer, bringing more than 13 years of experience supporting real estate agents and teams through high-level media production. Originally from Denver, Colorado, he earned his degree in Film Production from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

After graduation, Brian worked on several professional productions, including a season of Selling New York on HGTV. He later transitioned into real estate, leading listing and media production for a boutique team in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and then for a nationally recognized team in Beverly Hills at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Brian’s work has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, and The Hollywood Reporter.

Brian brings a cinematic eye and strong attention to detail to every listing, helping showcase properties with clarity and strategic impact. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and son, is attempting to try every donut shop in LA, and is training to break his personal Rubik’s cube solve time of 35 seconds.
