About Lauren Kobe
Lauren Kobe has been helping clients buy and sell homes in Santa Clarita Valley since earning her real estate license in 2003. Raised in Santa Clarita, a Saugus High School graduate, and a UCSB alum with a degree in Communication, Lauren brings deep local knowledge and years of experience to every transaction.
Lauren believes finding the right home can’t be rushed. She takes the time to truly listen to her clients’ needs and works diligently to find the right fit. For sellers, she is honest and straightforward about market conditions and focuses on creating a smooth, well-managed process.
Outside of real estate, Lauren spends much of her time supporting her daughters’ club volleyball schedule, enjoying her horses in Hasley Canyon, and traveling with her family in their RV. Having lived in Santa Clarita since 1981, she understands the valley’s communities and values strong relationships—both with clients and fellow agents.
