About Marcie Book
Marcie Book is a Realtor and Client Care Manager with the Neal Weichel Group. Born and raised in the Santa Clarita Valley and a Saugus High School graduate, she earned her business degree from UC San Diego. Prior to real estate, Marcie served as Vice President of Operations Services, Systems, and Programs at California Pizza Kitchen, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and execution.
Marcie earned her real estate license in 2022 with a desire to serve the community she calls home while staying closely connected to her three boys. In 2023, she ranked in the top 20% of her market center, received the Paul Atkins Culture Award, and was selected to serve on the Agent Leadership Council.
Within the Neal Weichel Group, Marcie supports team operations, oversees systems and social media, and helps ensure every client experience is smooth and well-managed. Known for her organization, communication, and attention to detail, she plays an essential role in keeping the team and its clients on track.
