Tesoro Highlands

Tesoro Highlands is a newer hillside master-planned community located above Tesoro del Valle in Valencia. Development began in the early 2020s and is being built primarily by national homebuilders Lennar and Toll Brothers. The project spans roughly 1,200 acres and is planned to include approximately 800 homes across multiple neighborhoods, including gated communities and active-adult options. Home styles range from spacious single-family homes to luxury residences, with some floor plans exceeding 4,000 square feet and featuring multi-generational living layouts. Many homes offer panoramic valley and mountain views thanks to the elevated setting. Community amenities include a clubhouse known as “The Retreat,” a resort-style pool and spa, community gardens, and miles of scenic walking and hiking trails throughout the surrounding hillsides. The community is designed to blend modern living with outdoor recreation while maintaining close proximity to shopping, schools, and major commuter routes.
