This market is so fast paced and with this being our first time selling she made it a breeze with her knowledge and strong work ethic. I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from our Realtor Jennifer Wilder and the Neal Weichel Group calls for an exception. We worked closely with Jenn. She put quality over quantity when it came to helping my husband and I secure a home. What I mean by quality is that we were not just a “number” to her. She genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize herself with what we were comfortable with when purchasing a home. Her responsiveness was incredible. She adjusted her schedule to our timezone, considering that we were traveling very often when the purchasing documents were being processed.

They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the coop board.

Jenn and the team are absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. They really care about their clients.

His office staff, Lindsey and Chad helped with paperwork and disclosure documentation. They went over every email, every piece of paper and reviewed every contract with us. They made sure we understood everything we signed off on. If we were unable to meet them in their office they came to us. What outstanding service! Neal was always attentive and returned calls promptly. He is shows a genuine interest in our family and is a very patient and kind person. We consider him a friend of the family. Even after the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home, Neal has been in contact and involved in our lives.

When other agents in Santa Clarita tell you to contact Neal Weichel if you want the best realtor, you know he must be awesome. The agent that told us that could not have been more right. Our family has used Neal and Lauren to purchase/sell seven homes and will continue to use them for all of our real estate needs. Many realtors will tell you what you want to hear in order to get your business and commission. Neal and Lauren are true professionals and give honest answers and advice.
