Being first home buyers, and with the kind of state the market is in, unless you’re dropping all cash or going way above the appraisal value, the market is even smaller for you.
I found Jenn through reading some reviews online, and in particular noticed her work with first home buyers. I can honestly say whichever open homes we attended, when we mentioned Jenn was our agent, everyone knew who we were talking about and had nothing but nice things to say. So her reputation definitely precedes her.
