I recently hired the Neal Weichel Group to handle selling my mother's home in Canoga Park after she passed away. As her home was is in very bad shape, I knew this was going to be a difficult sale that would require a very experienced realtor to find the right buyer. Neal was great to work with and helped me find contractors to help clean out the house, do repairs, and get it ready for sale. Once the house was listed, we received multiple offers in the first week and we accepted an offer well over asking. As we got near to closing, the buyer suddenly backed out on us, but Neal was able to quickly get the house back on the market in a matter of days. Within a week we had accepted a new offer with a 7 day closing that went very smoothly. Throughout the entire process Neal's entire team was very helpful and professional.
