I honestly cannot say enough about Neal Weichel and the Neal Weichel group to express the outstanding job he and his team did for us. My mother and I had our houses on the market for four and a half months with a different agent, and things had gone very poorly. We then switched agents, hiring Neal. For starters, he sold my mother's house just a few days later! No joke. And mine was not long after that. Jenn Wilder is the best real estate agent I have ever known. This was the second property we bought in the last 3 years with Jenn’s help. This time, there were many issues with the seller, the seller’s agent, the HOA, and our lender.
