We were looking for a home to buy in the crazy market with a FHA loan where the offers were not even looked at. Even the agents we worked with before moving to Jenn & her team were reluctant to place offers on our behalf due to FHA. But, Jenn did not even think twice when we informed her that we wanted to go with FHA loan. Soon as we changed our Buyer's Agent to Jenn & her team, our offer got accepted in literally a week's time.
